Very nice.

 

I had an Ithaca like this once, stone mint.... bought it from the vet's son (Dad was a Marine) who said he was stationed on Guam during WW2.

 

Later I was able to independently verify this with the Ithaca shipping records, showing the pistol going to the Dept. of the Navy in Oakland, then by ship to Guam. Pretty cool. Wish wish wish I still had it.

I have a copy of the paperwork for this one, (hard to read), showing it being shipped from Ithaca, 17 November 1944, to the Naval Supply Depot, Oakland, Calif., but nothing after that. It showed that there were 7000 shipped at a cost of $33.33 each!
