Looking for a WW2 Directive about Military Vehicles in the ETO

I am looking for a full scan or pdf file of the following directive issued under General Eisenhower in the ETO in 1944.

 

Maintenance and Operation of Motor Vehicles, Hq. ETOUSA AG 451/2

Dated 24 Jan 1944

 

 

Basically it is an order for all units under Ike's command to mark and paint their vehicles in view of the upcoming invasion of Mainland Europe.

 

Maybe someone with access to Fold3 or other sources can help?

I tried various search terms trying to find the original pamphlet on Fold3 with no luck. Maybe someone else will have better luck than I did.
