Drewry's beer, for an overseas PX. The veteran used it to keep personal paperwork/documents in after the war. To him it was just an old cardboard box!

Born and raised in South Bend, Indiana, the home of Drewrys. My younger brother worked at the brewery summers during college. We now live in Dallas and have a small collection of Drewrys items in a display case. Growing up, I can't remember anyone in our extended family drinking anything but the home made product. Memories....

great box here are mine i found them in the Vosges where the 3 rd and 36 th infantry division fought .
