What Do I Have? 146th Armored Infantry

These came out of the estate of a 49th Armoured Division serviceman. I'm sure they are US, but I haven't found anything on the internet. They are marked N.S. Meyer inc. New York. If anyone can help me pin a unit to these crests it would be greatly appreciated!

The DI for the 146th Armd Inf Bn was based on the DI of the 144th Inf Regt, the 144th Inf Regt as you'll see was used to form the various Armd Inf Bns of the 49th Armd Div.
