I know you can't sell hearts. . . and last thing. . . can PH and Silver Star RIBBONS (as part of a ribbon bar) be sold on uniforms on ebay?? Thank you!! AAF_Collection Posted April 16, 2015 Share #3 Posted April 16, 2015 Yes you can list an accolade on eBay, but not the ribbons, though some people do and use a small piece of paper to cover the PH and SS ribbons, or edited the pictures to cover the ribbons.
