jayhawkboy Posted April 13, 2015 Share #1 Posted April 13, 2015 This came from a WW2 veteran of the 83rd Division. He served in the ETO. What does this ribbon bar designate? I can't find it anywhere. Brian
Tonomachi Posted April 13, 2015 Share #2 Posted April 13, 2015 It is the first (unofficial) WW1 Victory ribbon or Inter-Allied Victory ribbon which I understand was available for purchase by soldiers before the official WW1 Victory medal came out.
