firefighter Posted March 29, 2015 Share #3 Posted March 29, 2015 The 12th FTW has been at Randolph AFB since 1972.I think colored patches on fatigues went out in the very early 80's.That being said I too would say 1970's.I don't remember seeing any colored patches on fatigues when I was in, 82-86.Nice looking patch Bob.
