316th FS 324th FG Posted July 21, 2008 Share #1 Posted July 21, 2008 Ok guys, Just went and picked this up today. 1956 Manufactured, 1963 Stringing Date, Pack is dated 1964 or 69 (hard to tell). Chute is white, pack is OD. Everything seems to be there. It may have been modified by Strong Enterprises to make it steerable in 1973, as there is a tag on it to that effect. Anyone know what model it is and who would have used it? Here are the pics that were listed. I will take better pics at home
316th FS 324th FG Posted July 22, 2008 Author Share #2 Posted July 22, 2008 http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/ind...l=reserve+chute Based on this thread, I am thinking this is a T-7, T-7a or a T-10 reserve. Any other thoughts? Would this have been for an airborne trooper? BTW, it was $35, which I am guessing is ok, I havent much to compare it with though.
