Khe Sanh68 Posted March 14, 2015 Share #1 Posted March 14, 2015 I have wool uniforms from ww2 stored in a footlocker and plastic containers with moth balls inside. Is this a good way to protect the uniforms. Thank you
blitzkrieg gsd Posted March 16, 2015 Share #2 Posted March 16, 2015 The foot locker by its self is not the best way to store them. If you have them in garment bags with moth balls inside them then you should be ok. Take them out and check on them every couple month just to make sure they are ok. Costa Posted March 16, 2015 Share #3 Posted March 16, 2015 GUYS--- MOTH BALLS DONT DO CRAP TO BEAT THE MOTH TO THE CLOTH. ALL THEY DO IS STINK AND SMELL UP THE ITEMS MEANT TO PROTECT. IF IT BOTHERS YOU-- DRY CLEAN FIRST THEN BAG. KEEP THE ROOM CLEAN, PROPER TEMP AND DRY FROM MOISTURE.
