robinb Posted March 14, 2015 Share #12 Posted March 14, 2015 The Marbles match safe was a common item in USAAF bailout kits. It is a civilian item that was pressed into service.

BigDogMilitaria Posted March 14, 2015 Share #20 Posted March 14, 2015 God pickup. Craigslist is hit and miss, mostly miss, but every once in a while you can get something good if you catch it before all the other guys looking for the same suff! I agree with the others, the match case is the best of the lot.
WW2JAKE Posted March 14, 2015 Author Share #21 Posted March 14, 2015 even though this isnt the whats it worth section (which i might post one anyway) since everyone is saying the match case is worth alot. what would you pay for it?
BROBS Posted March 14, 2015 Share #22 Posted March 14, 2015 I mean, not a 'lot' but 30 bucks or so I would say. Maybe a tiny bit more or less on eBay. So with the other items not too bad. -Brian
