Rutger Posted February 3, 2015 Share #1 Posted February 3, 2015 Hello all, This bag was found in a local dumpstore. I already know its a bag for bazooka rockets. Unfortunatly its missing the internal dividers. It lacks stamps of productiondate and manufacturer. I assume that this is a ww2 period bag? Anyone who knows when production stopped? TheGrayGhost Posted February 3, 2015 Share #2 Posted February 3, 2015 Stamping and color look post war to me, but could be real late war. Very common to see these with the dividers cut as that was a usual field modification to make it easier to get the rockets in and out. Not sure when they stopped production on these, but they did use the M9A1 Bazooka into Korea.
'Flage Guy Posted February 4, 2015 Share #3 Posted February 4, 2015 Did you look inside the Bag for the makers' marks? That's where they are on these.
Rutger Posted February 4, 2015 Author Share #4 Posted February 4, 2015 No markings on the inside either. Probably faded away.
