That is an awesome grouping. The numbered crossed rifles & 187th RCT patch are very nice.I see the master parachute badge has 2 jump stars. He must have jumped with the 517th (Operation Dragon) & 187th RCT ( one of two durn Korea).Or both jumps were in Korea with the 187th?Are any of his medals named?

His medals are not named. His bolo says 'Co. A, 517th Regiment, 82nd Airborne, 1943, Don Cook Lt.'. His photo album is from the 109th infantry when they were stationed in Germany in 1953 and has a nice dedication from his CO. His jump master wings have two stars. Looks like he was likely a career soldier. Lots more to research on this one.
