Does anyone read Arabic?

A good friend of mine has this book that he picked up in Baghdad in 1990 from out of one of the palaces. He is very curious to find out what it is. I told him I would post pictures of it here in hopes that someone may be able to tell us. It would appear to me to be a unit roster or something similar. there is some water damage.

Try your local colleges...maybe they have an Arabic studies or language department....
