Historyteacher Posted January 24, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 24, 2015 I know this has been covered before, but the photos seem to have disappeared from the earlier threads. I am trying to complete an enlisted medic belt, and I was wondering if someone could post photos of the scissors and forceps carried in the belt. The original regulations also describe a case for the instruments. Was this a separate case carried in the diagnosis tag pouch, or were the instruments simply carried loose in there with the tags? Finally, how were the safety pins carried? The pocket specified seems to small for a card like WWII medic bags carried. It seems they would more likely have been clipped around one pin, making a smaller bundle. Is this correct? Thanks in advance!

RelicHunter99 Posted January 24, 2015 Share #3 Posted January 24, 2015 Lots of pictures in my website link. A note on the scissors, the correct pair would be curved because they are supposed to be dressing scissors.
