I picked this sight up in Afghanistan in a cache in 2004. I think it may be an anti aircraft sight. Maybe a range finder. It's never been used, Seriousky. The lenses are still packed in the original wrapping. It has 2 metal disk that has human silohouettes on it. The handle of the box rubbed out the info on the plate. I have more pics Of it, Any information would be appriciated.

However, since you brought it back presumably from your military service, this can stay on here in our "Spoils of War" section.

Looks like some kind of training aide to give soldiers an idea of how big targets look at different ranges, and where to aim. Just a ventured guess :)

My guess is also that it is a marksmanship training aid. Top disk looks like it might be for an AK-47 but bottom disk looks like it might be for a more powerful weapon - it doesn't seem to confirm to the sight pictures of your average PKM, SVD, RPK etc ... Moisin-Nagant? The lenses look a bit periscopic and *may* be sighting prisms which allow the instructor to view the sight picture of the firer as he is taking aim. We had something similar when marksmanship training with FN-FALs (L1A1s actually).
