warguy Posted January 14, 2015 Share #3 Posted January 14, 2015 Had one like this once that was similar but not exact. Mine had a little tray in the top for smaller items that was removable. I was told when I purchased mine that it was a personal effects box for officers. There was an ink stain that appeared old in the tray area where it appeared he kept writing utensils.
