#13: 172nd Cavalry Regiment? I have seen various examples of this crest, but I haven't been able to find one with the upper moose/deer design portion...is this a variation?

Seeing it's NS Meyer Hallmark in this style means WWII late 40s early 50s, then it was known as the 172nd Infantry Regiment, 43rd Infantry Division.

#10: I get the feeling this one is 3rd Division related but am not sure. Also appears to be foreign-made by thin metal construction, possibly in Asia?

#10 is 17th FA
