tankdriver Posted December 28, 2014 #1 Posted December 28, 2014 Well Ordnance.com has finished my 57mm about 6 months ago, photos posted on board, my M5 3" is apx 2/3 rd finished photo on board, and now they are finished with the 37mm. I'm picking it up next weekend....
tankdriver Posted December 28, 2014 Author #3 Posted December 28, 2014 Once again, this is a repo breech, not real, they made this.
tankdriver Posted December 28, 2014 Author #4 Posted December 28, 2014 He has also made one for my 57mm, and for the 3"
fstop61 Posted December 28, 2014 #6 Posted December 28, 2014 Wow! Most of us get thrilled finding a 37mm shell and you got the whole cannon-pretty impressive.

You're close enough that once we get the M5 3" back, you are welcome to come up and play. Also they will be at the Linden TN re-enactment in Sept.
m1ashooter Posted December 28, 2014 #9 Posted December 28, 2014 Pretty cool. What does the gunner hit or pull to fire it?
tankdriver Posted December 28, 2014 Author #10 Posted December 28, 2014 Pretty cool. What does the gunner hit or pull to fire it? See the elevation know show here. The plunger in the center is pushed, to fire it.
Backtheattack Posted December 28, 2014 #11 Posted December 28, 2014 Great! A wonderfull peace for reenactment. Wish I had one!
1SG_1st_Cav Posted December 28, 2014 #12 Posted December 28, 2014 Spectacular! The only thing I would do to it would be to remove the paint from the surfaces of the breech block as it slides up and down. Those should be smooth and we'll greased for authenticity. Just a suggestion!
