Bob Hudson Posted December 24, 2014 Share #1 Posted December 24, 2014 I buy and sell old home movies and one that came in yesterday shows the 1959 JCOC at Fort Benning. The Joint Civilian Orientation Conference is a weeklong dog-and-pony show in which each military services show off its stuff to group of civilians. This 1959 footage from Ft. Benning shows artillery, tanks and helicopters incuding one of the very early versions of the Huey, as well as the CH-37. This 8mm film is too bright, but still interesting to watch.
