Randy Posted August 26, 2016 Share #28 Posted August 26, 2016 Yes, the NO patches originally came from MDD. There were 2, and both have been heavily reproduced since then. Never saw a certificate, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. MDD did give out certificates with the mission ace patches they made. Also, the NO patches were used by several units to include recce units. The second one posted here proved to be the most popular one. These come right from an aircrew member that served in SEA.
