DaddyDog Posted December 7, 2014 Share #1 Posted December 7, 2014 I am showing a friends very nice named plaque in his photos below. I could not find any reference to the significance of the inscription and would be very curious to know what is meant by "DUC LAP DIME". The US flag on the left was used to replace the original one which is lost. The dime is dated 1967. The reverse side folds out for display on a desk and is also made for wall display. Is there any way to research the soldiers name? Thanks for looking.

riflegreen297 Posted April 9, 2015 Share #4 Posted April 9, 2015 You could post his name here and see if anyone remembers him: http://macvteams.org/team-32/
doyler Posted April 9, 2015 Share #5 Posted April 9, 2015 Nice plaque. Im guessing the person was stationed at Duc Lap and the dime is a sign or token of good luck and well wishes after his tour from the team/group.
