kammo-man Posted July 10, 2018 Share #351 Posted July 10, 2018 Maybe only Martha Raye is the only other who may have worn the tropical uniform.
patches Posted July 11, 2018 Author Share #352 Posted July 11, 2018 I didn't know exactly where to post this picture. I'm assuming this was taken in Vietnam since that's General Creighton W. Abrams on the left. It's interesting to me because I don't think I've ever seen a female wearing jungle fatigues, even in Vietnam. Looks like a Spec 7???? FNG Posted July 12, 2018 Share #354 Posted July 12, 2018 Olive green RDF fatigues worn by a member of the 101st Airborne Division mid-1980s Korean knock-off Vietnam jungle boots too?
Martinjmpr Posted July 16, 2018 Share #355 Posted July 16, 2018 Looks like a Spec 7???? I was thinking the same thing! Spec/7 photos aren't easy to find. Korean knock-off Vietnam jungle boots too? No reason they couldn't be US issue. Green jungle boots were issued up through the early 1990's when they were finally replaced by all-black speed laced jungle boots. I was issued green jungle boots in 1st SFG in 1990.

Ewart Posted November 3, 2018 Share #374 Posted November 3, 2018 The description of the jungle jacket says patches have been added to the outline. So I wouldn't take the patches being on there as being legit.
