ocsfollowme Posted November 25, 2014 Share #1 Posted November 25, 2014 GEOANNA Does not glow On twill 3 1/8" tall When you search "geoanna" you get a Navy ship from WW2 in the Pacific. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geoanna This was a signal ship, 111" in length, and had a small crew. Do you think that this patch is from that? What does the "W" mean? It appears that it is a flag in the circle portion. Any opinions out there? ocsfollowme Posted November 25, 2014 Author Share #3 Posted November 25, 2014 http://aboutww2.com/SS-Geoanna-TP-249.html States that it had a crew of 18 men. If this patch is from this ship, it is one rare patch!!

Yeah, it definitely looks like a Shipping Company house flag. I can't seem to find this one, though. -Ski
