wclracer64 Posted August 5, 2015 Share #53 Posted August 5, 2015 Converting an HGU-39/P to an SPH-4. Any suggestions on filling the un-needed holes? I'm thinking JB Weld. Thoughts?
FtrPlt Posted August 5, 2015 Share #54 Posted August 5, 2015 I've used a product called JB Kwik on several helmet projects. It's a 2-part epoxy. Very robust and sands well. For paint, I use Rapco Paint -- usually in a rattle can for small projects like helmets. Lusterless khaki olive drab FS34087 is the correct color for the SPH-4.
