Counterintelligence (CIC) Detachment Photographs

Hello Everyone,

According to the book "In the Shadow of the Sphinx: A History of Army Counterintelligence" by March 1st, 1945 every Army, Corps and Division had an organic Counterintelligence (CIC) Detachment.

Does anyone has any photographs of these detachments in the field, that would be greatly appreciated!

Don't know where your question about Jeep Markings went, but here's a picture of Jeep Trailer marked for a CIC unit

Great photos Johan.

 

Looks like the holster carried by the man in the photo has been darkened or oiled to make it darker.

 

Also see double U.S. insignias in the last photo on the shirt collar.
