Hi,

 

Can someone tell me more about this badge which measures 21mm by 71mm and stamped SILVER on its back. When was it made and by

who, could it be a W.W.2 private purchase or was it made made postwar?

Looks silver colored to me vice gold...so it would be a postwar enlisted set...

And this thread is exactly why we demand on people posting photos on our own servers rather than on outside photo hosting sites. The OP got his answer and pulled the photos... thus making what could have been a relatively informative thread about a relatively unusual "SILVER" marked set of enlisted dolphins, a completely worthless thread.
