Patchcollector Posted October 5, 2014 Share #26 Posted October 5, 2014 Patch appears to be typical US made twill in shirt size to me, just harder to find shirt size as they weren't often worn I concur. The smaller sized pieces are harder to find and more desirable. Terry K. Posted November 18, 2014 Author Share #32 Posted November 18, 2014 Here's an update! His daughter called me today and said she had found some of his medal and a hat. Here is what she found, his American Legion piss cap with his ribbons (I know they are not in correct order) and his personal US Marines flag. Flag is a small sewn on insignia one.EGA looks unmarked and has been trenched and had rope added. She promised if anything else is found I will get a call. I am so grateful. Terry K. Posted December 2, 2014 Author Share #43 Posted December 2, 2014 Update today. His daughter is moving and found his sea bag while packing. She packed away a knife she found but will send me pics after she moves, said she wants to keep it for now. I got the bag today, full of all his khakis and shirts plus his leggings and piss covers and pistol belt.I turned everything(almost) in to the dry cleaners as it was in need of cleaning bad. Here is a picture of his sea bag with unit markings and his name.
