Is that the Williams Bros. model? How did you like it?

I've always liked the Commando, it is so beautifully ugly, an my uncle flew them over the Hump during WW2.

Do -- Thank you. It was the Williams kit -- a bit of a challenge, but the only one I could find in 1/72.

 

My father was a meteorologist in the AAF during the war. He hated flying in the Commando -- I believe he had a misadventure in one in post liberation Paris.

Looked at the pic again and noticed the NIKE (?) AA Missiles today. Did you've already posted them here? If not, could you post some pics and infos?

FIL was a W-4 in the Nike program. Never got into a discussion on them though.
