Or that number could be a negative number? Some studios kept records, but there's no studio ID that I can see via my phone.

I found this some years ago when I was visiting family in the state of Washington. There was also a photo album thrown there, I looked trough it and it was mostly civilian photos. I did not take it since I was not sure it was legal to take things even though they were in boxes next to a dumpster. There was several boxes so now I regret not going trough them.. The photo was also in perfect condition but after 3 moves it has become damaged...

I think I see an Overseas Chevron, so at minimum he has been in the theater of operations for six months.

I don't see a chevron, just the point of his cuff and a crease above it
