DI Needs ID

Gents, can anyone give a postive unit ID for this DI? I checked TIOH for it's motto, came up with the 459th Anti Aircraft Artillery Battalion, interestingly, there's no DI depicted in James Sawicki's AAA linage book for this unit, meaning that by the 50s it still had no DI.

TIOH has it listed incorrectly. The ASMIC Motto guide has the correct ID and then I ref'd Sawicki. The unit is the 495th AAA Missile Bn. pg 643 Vol II of his AAA books. App 9 June 54.
