A TRUE P-1 has neither a chin strap nor a nape strap; the oxygen mask tabs protrude THROUGH the edge roll; it comes in one size fits all. For jet helmet collectors, The P-1 and H-1 are the Holy Grails but there are more H-1s out here than true P-1s. This isn't really in that bad of shape. An unmodified P-1 is indeed very hard to find as they quickly made additions and changes.
