Forum Manager Posted August 14, 2014 Share #1 Posted August 14, 2014 We are setting this account to BANNED because it was found to have been registered by someone who had previously been told to leave the forum and their old account was set to INACTIVE. This person was originally removed from the forum because their off-forum business practices had made them a lightning rod for criticism and their presence on the forum did more harm than good. Being a member of this forum is a privilege, not a right, and we revoked that privilege because no one was served by the continuing controversy which followed this member. Registering under an alias after being asked to leave and having had your account set inactive is grounds for having the next account set to BANNED, which we have done. Plus we will not take legal threats to this forum or it's members lightly. This member, under his real name, was sending threatening emails to the Owner's of the US Militaria Forum as he felt that people calling out his reproduction items for what they were, was grounds for threatening to legal action.
