dustin Posted August 13, 2014 Share #6 Posted August 13, 2014 Your flight suit is like stated above a Type A-4 and is specifically an AAF garment it is also a fiscal year 1943 purchase order not a contract. It is possible some naval aviators wore one for one reason or another , that is the never say never back up statement with that being said this garment would not be correct for a naval aviator display, the navy had their own line of flying garments.
