CNY Militaria Posted November 8, 2009 Share #151 Posted November 8, 2009 Interesting COL Riehle DCU there! Not sure if there is a connection, but I have a WWII grouping belonging to a medic named Fred Riehle. It can't be that common of a name, and the medical connection is interesting. Relative perhaps? Could be a relative. Here is a thread about the entire Riehle grouping. This man is responsible for many of the lives saved in Iraq. http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/ind...0&hl=riehle

ClaptonIsGod Posted November 8, 2009 Share #157 Posted November 8, 2009 Ok, I'll post 4 I got for 5$ off the Goodwill online auction site. All are ID'd to Captain Taylor, research was inconclusive. Unfortunately no SSIs, but all have subdued captain's bars and 3/4 have intelligence wings. How can I date them? There is no DLA, it just has a Nato number and a stock number.
