Picture from Hitler's house

I found this on eBay years ago when I was collecting Adolf Hitler artifacts....it's a fragment of a picture (location unknown), but the soldier was thoughtful enough to write the details and his name on the reverse. I assume this was probably part of a picture that had been sent to Hitler as a gift and was retrieved from the rubble. It's about 12 inches long.

This picture wasn't taken in Berchtesgaden but in Monaco on the French Riviera. What you see in the foreground is the Palace of Monaco where Princess Grace (Kelly) married the Prince Rainier III of Monaco in 1956.

That's the mediterranean sea in the distance not the Alps.

I wasn't implying it was a picture of Berchtesgaden.....I've been there many times (B'gaden)...good to know what it was of though...I thought it might have been something in Italy or Greece..

My mystake. I thought the pix has been taken in Berchtesgaden, I just understood it was found there...
