patches Posted August 12, 2014 Share #5 Posted August 12, 2014 Black on Red? how unsual, maybe a pair of ROTC ranks? Also be aware that the stripes then were differant in contruction. Here's one style worn then, Rayon Woven. Was your guy a Staff Sergeant?
