Did the QMC do the updates or did contractors do them on these BAR belts?

 

In this case Avery did the modifications. I've seen them marked with other contractor names as well, but it's entirely possible that some were done at the QM Depot in Jeffersonville, IN.

Hello, Yes as discouraged as I get at times with the dried up flea market, I can say persistence pays off. Said to say we know these heroes are dying everyday, it does show up from time to time. Don't give up! great stuff. I do like the BAR belt!
