WW2 German Book captured by FEB (Brazilian Expedicionary Forces) in Italy 1944-45

Hi,

 

German Army book captured by a Brazilian soldier (5th US Army) in Italy in 1944-45.

 

This is a instructions ammunition booklet used by german infantry to called "Infanteriegranate" models 12cm Type 33 and 38 through the mountain gun Geschtz 33. The booklet is dated 1943.

 

This book belonged to a Germa NCO of the 1044 Grenadiers Regiment (Mountain Troop) it was the 232 Infantry Division which according to research was actually in Italy in 1944-45 and fought in the Battle of Collecchio-Fornovo (26-29 April 1945) and then surrendered to Brazilian troops with to the 148 German Division and Italian forces in Fornovo di Taro (15.000 soldiers).

Very nice book, it seems that book was dedicated to SS arty crew, there is sign "schutzstafel" on the book, it looks that they used SIG33 howitzer
