respectingthesacrifice Posted July 20, 2014 Share #1 Posted July 20, 2014 In addition to the post on Madrasson and Baugnez, here are some views of various locations in the Bulge that I have taken in Winter time. Great time to visit this region, a lot of places did not really changed since 1944. Enjoy! Eric Stavelot

Longhorn92 Posted July 20, 2014 Share #15 Posted July 20, 2014 I'd love to visit in winter time someday. The landscape looks so different. Thanks for posting.
panzer224 Posted September 4, 2014 Share #16 Posted September 4, 2014 Looking at these photos gives me both an enlightening yet haunting feeling. I see a peaceful winter scene that is hard to believe what went on all those yeas ago. Its almost as if you can feel the presence around you. Navybean Posted November 17, 2014 Share #17 Posted November 17, 2014 I have visited this area during the winter. Not many tourists, also not many museums open either. Does give you a much greater idea of what it must have been like to have been there 70 years ago. Lovely area of the world year around although pretty cold in winter. Great pictures, I hope to visit the area again this time next year.
