First post sample follows: WWII AAF Aircraft Radio Technical Manual for B-24D EXCELLENT Condition Hard Cover Technical Manual entitled “Service and Instruction Manual for RADIO in the B-24D Airplane, CONSOLIDATED AIRCRAFT CORPORATION San Diego, CALIFORNIA” Once closely held “Restricted Manual” with alpha/numeric code on inside cover page. Radio Technical Manual contains six Chapters: Chapter I. Theory of Operation Chapter II. Interphone Equipment Chapter III. Command Equipment Chapter IV. Liaison Equipment Chapter V. Radio Compass Equipment Chapter VI. Marker Beacon Equipment 252 page technical manual contains 10-foldout pages; 166 illustrations or figures (some in color); all printed in April 1943 and correct as of 1 November 1942 (on title page) Binding is tight; Minor wear; paper yellowed consistent with age; only one page with illegible light pencil mark top right corner.
