I got this from the son of the vet and he said it was given to his father after he did a crash course in Cambodia. He modified it to fit onto his Class A comfortably. I believe its lates 1960s make by Drago-Paris. This parachute wing was of the Forces Armees Nationale Khmeres, which was disovled in 1975 by the Khmer Rouge.
