Help with a pair of 407th QM DUI's

Hi all,
I collect patches primarily,and on occasion I pick up badges too,but have alot to learn in this area.I did some online research on this unit and found it was named differently through the years,and I'm wondering what unit designation and time frame this design would have been used.

Time frame would be depending on their hallmarks, but definately after 1957.
