This may be off the path, but how about...

 

M12 armor vest

M51 and M52 armor vest(1st and 2n pats)

 

M1953-2 armor vest

 

In large and XL

 

I looked into maybe attempting the M12 vest, but of the vests I listed above it is proably the must complicated as far design and materials used.

I had only one example, so I couldn't figure out how to expand vest parts to do other sizes.
