robinb Posted July 4, 2014 Share #1 Posted July 4, 2014 I found this US Navy Underwood at Goodwill store years ago. But the carrying chest came from a vet here locally at about the same time period. Only yesterday did I get curious about whether or not they would fit together so I gave it a try, and, well, what do you know? A perfect fit! The box is unmarked and has little finish left on the outside, but is OD inside.

jgawne Posted July 5, 2014 Share #4 Posted July 5, 2014 As my wife always reminds me, pretty soon there won't be many people left that know how to repair manual typewriters. So she says I should get ,mine fixed right away.
