Could anyone help with the TO's mentioned above ? i wanting to know what the Technical Order command was?

I'm not 100% sure what your exactly asking so to answer what I think your asking:

It is not Technical Order Command, if you note after the TO number as seen by Saberjet's post you will see C.W. this stands for Complied With

Classification # 13

Property # 1 (General property class)

The last number is simply a sequential serial number.

13-1-3 -General inspection of life vest. (there are revisions)

13-1-5- Addition of sea marker to life vests. (there are revisions)

13-1-17- Addition of neck strap.

I have no idea what 13-1-7 tech order is but I assume that was a typo to be actually 17.

The basic breakdown of a tech order is outlined in PIF's, NIF's etc. and over the years I have ran across references to these TO's and others from various sources then eventually obtaining actual copies of said tech orders.

do you have any TO's for the parachute packs used in ww2 Dustin ?? namely the A4 yellow and red groups ??
