hirsca Posted June 22, 2014 Share #1 Posted June 22, 2014 I picked up several great items the past few days from the estate sale of a 36th Infantry Division Veteran. Kept going back and finding more things. One of them is this DUI. After the war, he attended Texas A&M, then known as Agricultural and Mechanical College (AMC). Later commissioned as and officer in the engineering corps. I can't find anything about this insignia. I think that it might be related to AMC, but no conclusive proof so far. Can anyone ID it for me please? Thanks, Al.

hirsca Posted June 22, 2014 Author Share #5 Posted June 22, 2014 Looks German made so sometime after WWII Makes sense. He served in WW2, but after graduating from AMC, was commissioned and most probably was sent to Germany. Thanks again, Al.
