Dress white pants

This goes out to the Navy guys. I have two pairs of enlisted white dress pants that have the draw string in the back just like the dress blue pants. When did they come into use and go out? I was thinking that they came into use by 1920's and left by the war?

Standard white button down fly.

. If that means a standard modern style fly, then Ant where from 1886 to the early 1930s

Sigsaye, thanks for the info. I don't think they are older than the 30's judging by material and stitching. My other pair may be from the 20's and if I could loose about 5 inches I could fir them along with my WW I dress white middy.
