Back in the day, SFTG flashes were often cut from plastic bleach bottles! For a period of time 67/68? the 19th Grp all wore flashes made from naugahyde. This happened when the group stopped wearing the old blue w/white RC flash. I never saw a red vinyl flash during my time (66/67) in 7th Grp.
