tankdriver Posted May 18, 2014 Share #1 Posted May 18, 2014 I have purchased a WC63, but do not have it home yet, so I have not posted anything yet, as I am not sure of a whole on it. Here's a general photo of it. I also have a 57mm like is hooked to it, that is being restored. Hope he will be finished it about 2 weeks. I'm picking up the truck next weekend. Thanks for looking..... Jim Baker Posted May 18, 2014 Share #8 Posted May 18, 2014 Sweet! I remember when I was a kid there was a fellow in northern Colorado that owned a farm and he had an M5 and a half-track. After the harvest in the fall he would run them through the fields. It was fun to watch.
tankdriver Posted May 18, 2014 Author Share #9 Posted May 18, 2014 My buddy who helped me with the M20, Dad was in the 710TD. He was at Kasserine Pass in North Africa, up through Sicily, and Italy. He was wounded, and after getting out of hospital, he was sent to France. We are doing everything as the 701TD. He won a Bronze Star for Valor in Italy. I have a photo of him setting on the nose of a M8.

Charlie Flick Posted May 19, 2014 Share #12 Posted May 19, 2014 Thanks for posting the pics of the 57mm gun. I am an old Dodge guy myself ('42 WC-53 Carryall) but the AT gun is just as cool as your beautiful Dodge, in my opinion. Keep us posted on your progress there, please, and good luck with the entire project. Regards, Charlie
