RustyCanteen Posted April 26, 2014 Share #17 Posted April 26, 2014 That's a nice find. On the '25th' division patch, that appears to be a 'No-Sew' Hawaiian Division patch. Does it have a metal plate on the back? "It is a capital mistake to theorize before one has data. firefighter Posted April 27, 2014 Share #18 Posted April 27, 2014 Awesome group of patches.Really digging the WAC recruiter, have never seen one before.Cant beat the price. The od boarder II Corps is also nice.Cant believe they only had an 8 cog TD patch.Did somebody already snag the 6 Cog before you got there? LOL! ASMIC #1098
vzemke Posted April 27, 2014 Share #19 Posted April 27, 2014 Believe it or not, the WAAC Recruiter is probably the best piece there (and you have some good ones!). IIRC correctly, Bill Scott (rarepatchman on ebay) sold one a few years ago for just over $1k. Not saying you could get that much, but it at least gives you a sense of how desirable some people consider it. Great finds! -Vance Follow me on Facebook @zemkecollectables
Airborne-Hunter Posted April 27, 2014 Share #20 Posted April 27, 2014 The WAAC, ODB 2nd Corps and 503rd are beauties. Can we see a picture of the back of the 1st Armor? From the front it looks almost Italian made with that silk. Best ABN California "Only 2 defining forces have ever offered to die for you....Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.
